So much to do and so little time!  Summertime gets very busy at The Nurtury with all of our walking field trips, Art Fest, Pick-Up N’ Play, Watermelon Party, Sand Castle day, etc.  In such a modern world we live in, we want to create an environment similar to the feel of a backyard or home-life moments while the children enjoy being who they are at such a young age.  Our Watermelon Party is a perfect example of this backyard and home-life experience.  You can even include scientific concepts such as gravity; when the children sees the watermelon being dropped into the plastic pools.  Our walking field trips keep the children active during the summer time aside from their regular outdoor activities.  This also allows us to visit our local businesses and continue to be active members of our community.
